How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your ZonePillar account, please follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Process
- In-App Method: Open the ZonePillar app, go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts.
- Email Request: Send an email to our support team with your account deletion request. Include your registered email address and phone number for verification.
- Phone Request: Call our support line at 703-343-6691 during business hours to speak with a representative.
- Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity by providing information associated with your account.
- Confirmation: Once verified, we will process your deletion request and send you a confirmation email within 5 business days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important data before proceeding.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
